What we collect
Title documents you upload (C of O, Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment, and similar), your contact details, and payment confirmation from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
How it's used
Solely to carry out the investigation you requested — routing documents to your assigned surveyor and lawyer, and to communicate report status to you.
Retention
The retention period for uploaded documents after a report closes will be stated here before launch, along with how to request early deletion.
Who can see your documents
Your assigned surveyor, lawyer and case-review staff only. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold on you, or request deletion, by contacting us once TerraSight is live.
