When you get a full refund, automatically
If TerraSight cannot complete your investigation for a reason within our control — the relevant registry is inaccessible, your assigned professional becomes unavailable, or we're unable to reach an assessment for any operational reason on our side — you receive a full refund without needing to request it.
When a refund doesn't apply
Once a Report Card has been delivered, the investigation has been performed, whether or not the Buyability Grade is the one you hoped for. A low grade or elevated Property Risk finding is a completed report, not a failed one.

The exact number of business days from refund trigger to funds returned will be published here before launch, along with which payment methods it applies to.

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund and one wasn't issued automatically, the escalation contact and process will be listed here before launch.
