What we do
TerraSight investigates Nigerian land & properties — including ownership, documents, survey information, encumbrances and land & properties status — against government registries and, for applicable engagements, a physical site inspection. We do not broker, list, or sell property, and our Buyability Grade and Property Risk classification are a risk assessment, not a legal guarantee of title.
What you're responsible for
Providing accurate, unaltered copies of your documents. Submitting documents you don't have rights to investigate may delay or invalidate your report.
Turnaround
Standard reports resolve in 7–10 business days from confirmed payment and complete document submission.
Limitation of liability
The specific liability terms for reports where a finding later proves incorrect due to registry error or fraud undetectable through standard investigation will be defined here before launch.
